All you need to know

We have some marketing activity in place already – how can you help us?

If you already have a marketing strategy and plan, we can either pick up any channels you are struggling to deliver in house to support your inhouse team. If you need some more holistic support across your whole approach, we would recommend a marketing audit to benchmark current activity which would be followed up with targeted recommendations on how to move forward (while still maximising inhouse resource).

We don’t have the budget for more marketing, can you help us to secure funding?

Yes – we often work with charities to secure funding grants for desired projects for both marketing and websites. 

What channels do you specialise in?

Our main focus is on SEO and paid advertising however we also do a huge amount of content creation and other activity such as email marketing.

Do you have certifications in marketing?

Of course – we are certified by the main advertising bodies and our team undertake regular industry training to stay ahead of the game.

Can you do my marketing for free?

Maybe! Every year we offer one charity a chance to win a digital project of their choice free of charge. Check out our Charity Partner Scheme and Charity of the Year Programme.

Can you train our team so that we can do the marketing ourselves?

Yes – we offer a range of digital marketing training courses, we can also do a phased handover approach for new channels where we set it up, get it established and then gradually train your team so they can take it on.

What is the timeframe for seeing results?

It can depend from platform to platform however generally for any new activity you should allow at least 3 months to properly gauge the success of a campaign.

What are the contract terms for your marketing services?

Our marketing services are generally available with 30 days notice to change or cancel, we prefer you to stay with us because you want to not because you have to!

We can offer longer contractual periods if you need price certainty or as a criteria for grant funding.
