For SEO we also do a beginner and advanced course with the beginner looking at core SEO fundamentals such as content and onsite optimisations.
Our advanced course expands on this, while exploring things like schema markup, advanced link building strategies and local SEO.

Social media is a broad topic and there are lots of platforms to consider. Our beginner course is centred around the core platforms – Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Our advanced course explores additional aspects of the core platforms along with training for new age platforms like Tiktok.

Yes that’s right – free training! We know that budgets are tight for the third sector, which is why we offer regular free training sessions as part of our Charity Partner Scheme.

All you need to know
How do you facilitate in-person training?
Our in person training can be held at our offices in Southampton (Hampshire) or we can also run it at your offices or a location of your choice.
If the training is offsite you will be responsible for booking an appropriate meeting space.
Do I have to be an existing client to book onto training?
Not at all — we offer training for both clients and non-clients.
Do you do any free training courses?
Yes, free membership to our Charity Partner Scheme includes invites to our free training sessions.
They run roughly 4 times per year, sign up to be notified!
Do you do training for larger groups?
Yes – we do. There are several different ways we can facilitate this, get in touch with us to discuss your participant numbers and topic areas.
Who have you done training for previously?
As part of our charity partner scheme we regularly host training sessions for our members. We have also delivered our current course library, as well as a range of bespoke training sessions for a variety of charities and local authority teams.
Who will deliver our training?
We will pick the best person from our team based on the subject of the course. Our team are all highly skilled in their respective fields.
If you have a preference on who delivers your training do discuss with us when organising.
I can’t see a course that suits me – what do I do?
This is exactly where our bespoke training courses come in. These are specifically designed to help you upskill in a specific area.
Some examples of bespoke courses we have done include – a bespoke GA4 course tailored to the client’s account requirements, with training on how to set up appropriate reports for their stakeholders and metrics of interest.
