Branding is not just throwing together colours and styles and hoping for the best.
We follow a tried and tested process to create a brand which represents your charity best.
It’s branding’s job to not only create a unique look and feel for your organisation but also to ignite a connection that influences choice and builds loyalty.
- First we run workshops with your team to understand your missions, values and the audiences you service
- We develop moodboards outlining the creative direction for the new brand based on the feelings we want it to evoke
- We begin with some initial conceptual ideas exploring shapes, patterns and styles which we then refine together
- We explore colours and fonts and gradually apply these to the refined concepts until the final brand is reached
- We export your logo pack in all desired file formats
- We produce any required brand guidelines to help you use the brand moving forward
- We support with the rebranding of print and digital assets and marketing materials

All you need to know
What if I only want small tweaks to my branding as opposed to completely changing it?
Our branding evolution services are very varied and can include as little as adding a couple of secondary colours to your palette or slightly tweaking the font in your logo.
The best thing to do is get in touch to discuss your current situation and we can recommend the next steps.
I don’t think my branding is accessible – how do I find out?
It is often aspects such as colour contrasts and sizing which affect the accessibility of a charity’s branding.
We can undertake an accessibility audit of your brand and let you know any areas that the branding falls short of meeting the requirements.
Will people still know it’s us if we change our branding?
For brand evolutions, they can be subtle with a nod to the existing branding so often many users don’t even notice. Coca Cola has gone through at least 8 evolutionary iterations to its logo!
However, it is important to tie in larger brand changes with communications to stakeholders to ensure they know it has happened.
What if I don’t like the logo you produce?
Our process is structured – we do not agree to redo your branding and then send through the finished concept. It is a journey whereby we explore different elements of the brand at each stage.
There will be no surprises at the end as you will have input and contributed feedback for refinements at each stage.
