Southern Hospice Group is a hospice charity formed from the merger of three established hospices: St Barnabas House in Worthing, Martlets in Hove, and Chestnut Tree House. Together, they provide expert palliative care and support for children, young people, and adults with life-limiting conditions across Sussex and South East Hampshire, serving families during their most challenging times.
Southern Hospice Group needed a new website that would establish their unified brand identity, while maintaining connections to their individual hospice services.
Working closely together, we identified five key objectives:
- Establishing the SHG brand and explaining its relationship with the individual hospices.
- Providing essential organisational information, including annual reports and governance details
- Signposting users to relevant hospice websites for patient care and support
- Supporting recruitment and volunteering efforts
- Facilitating donations to both individual hospices and the group as a whole
